Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 - Boeing 747-400

Really proud to finally share some of the work behind the Boeing 747-400 cockpit for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

Working on this project meant taking the cockpit from its initial state all the way to a production-ready asset. Every element required careful attention, from rebuilding and refining countless individual components to creating accurate materials, textures and details.

A huge part of the challenge was making such a complex environment work efficiently in real time. This involved extensive retopology and optimization across the entire cockpit, creating LODs and preparing the asset for engine integration.

From the first stages of asset creation to the final in-engine result, I’m proud to have been part of bringing this iconic cockpit to life for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
